We offer an economy, standard, and deluxe package with our carpet cleaning service.  Our economy package includes all the basics needed to effectively clean your carpet.

Economy package includes - Pre-spotting of all stains, pre-treatment of all carpet areas, steam cleaning, and *turbo drying. We recommend that you move all furniture desired prior to our arrival and vacuum the carpets (We can add our pre-vac service iff you would like for a small fee)

Standard package includes - Pre-Vacuum, Pre-spotting, Pre-treatment, traffic lane cleaning solution, steam cleaning, turbo drying.

Deluxe package includes - Pre-vacuum, pre-spotting, pre-treatment, traffic lane cleaning solution, dual process, steam cleaning, turbo drying, Mal-a-cide bacteria treatment, and Dupont Teflon carpet stain guard.

Tile and Grout Cleaning

1. Pre-inspection of tile and grout condition.  Inspect if the grout has been sealed and if so the condition of the seal.
2. Pre-treat tile and grout with 230 degree cleaning solution to loosen dirt, grease, and grime.
3. Floor machine utilizes power grout brushing, high pressure cleaning, and 230 degree rinsing.
4. Post inspection of tile and grout, clean all corners, around appliances, and bathrooms.
5. Optional application of clears seal to protect your grout for years to come.
